- Why they were chosen as formats
- How the "hybrid" element (short video lectures) has changed Joel and his colleagues' pedagogical approach.
- Analytics. The four metrics selected initially:
- Which videos were watched by which students
- How many times they viewed the video over a certain timeframe
- Where they viewed the videos (on-campus, off-campus, via wireless, etc)
- What platform they used to view the videos (mobile vs non-mobile computer, Windows vs Mac, etc)
- Intellectual property / copyright issues
