  • It was observed that some campuses are already past UCTrust's every-two-year audit requirement.  David Walker will inform the ITLC, observing that InCommon Silver will have its own audit requirement, so we'll want to kill both birds with one stone.

• Multi-factor authentication
• Kuali KIM integration
• Library use cases
• Documentation for (and by) service providers
  • There was some discussion of this topic:
    • Test environments
    • Required attributes
    • How to "Shibbolize" an application
    • Albert will create a page on the wiki for this.

Format and Frequency of Future Meetings

• The consensus was to have two face-to-face meetings per year, rather than the current 3-4 meetings per year.  We will start monthly one-hour conference calls to provide continuity.
• We will develop a work plan for 2009 to provide structure through our now shorter but more frequent meetings.

Next Meeting

• We'll have our next conference call in early March.  The agenda will include:
  • The 2009 work plan
  • Audit requirements for UCTrust Basic and InCommon Silver
• Our next face-to-face meeting will be in April, six months after our last face-to-face meeting.
