It was observed that some campuses are already past UCTrust's every-two-year audit requirement. David Walker will inform the ITLC, observing that InCommon Silver will have its own audit requirement, so we'll want to kill both birds with one stone.

Format and Frequency of Future Meetings
The consensus was to have two face-to-face meetings per year, rather than the current 3-4 meetings per year. We will start monthly one-hour conference calls to provide continuity.
We will develop a work plan for 2009 to provide structure through our now shorter but more frequent meetings.
