Proposed Agenda
  1. What the course is and ILTI's involvement
  2. Show examples of flipped lecture material (green screen and Learning Glass)
    1. How they are produced
    2. Why they were chosen as formats 
  3. How the "hybrid" element (short video lectures) has changed Joel and his colleagues' pedagogical approach. 
  4. Analytics.  The four metrics selected initially:
    1. Which videos were watched by which students
    2. How many times they viewed the video over a certain timeframe
    3. Where they viewed the videos (on-campus, off-campus, via wireless, etc)
    4. What platform they used to view the videos (mobile vs non-mobile computer, Windows vs Mac, etc)
  5. Intellectual property / copyright issues
