  • How the "hybrid" element (short video lectures) has changed Joel and his colleagues' pedagogical approach. 
  • Analytics.  The four metrics selected initially:
    1. Which videos were watched by which students
    2. How many times they viewed the video over a certain timeframe
    3. Where they viewed the videos (on-campus, off-campus, via wireless, etc)
    4. What platform they used to view the videos (mobile vs non-mobile computer, Windows vs Mac, etc)
