- The consensus was to have two face-to-face meetings per year, rather than the current 3-4 meetings per year. We will start monthly one-hour conference calls to provide continuity.
- We will develop a work plan for 2009 to provide structure through our now shorter but more frequent meetings.
Next Meeting
- We'll have our next conference call in early March. The agenda will include:
- The 2009 work plan
- Audit requirements for UCTrust Basic and InCommon Silver
- Our next face-to-face meeting will be in April, six months after our last face-to-face meeting.
