Everyone,

Background:  The IT Architecture Group (ITAG) is about to release its assessment of Kuali Rice, and the original plan was to set the access permissions for the report so that only the ITLC could see it, then open it to the public after the ITLC had reviewed it.  Albert has created a UCITLC group and space on UCLA's Confluence wiki server that is used by ITAG and the UCTrust Work Group, but we haven't populated it with the ITLC members' ePPNs.

ITAG is no longer going to release the Rice assessment this way, since it will delay ITLC members' access to the report.  It seems like a good idea, though, so let's set things up for the next time.  I think it's a great opportunity to demonstrate the value of what we've been doing for the past few years to our management.

Could you all send the ePPNs of your ITLC representatives to Kathy Beyer (KMBeyer@ucdavis.edu) so she can add them to the group. For your reference, the list of ITLC members is available at http://www.ucop.edu/irc/itlc/members.html .

Finally, don't forget our call on Thursday...

David
