Minutes:
Roll call at 1:05pm (Israel).
Unizin / COVC Discussion
George discussed the COVC Unizin presentation to the COVC. Provided background from Tom. Provost Dorr to get prepped by Tom before the next presentation.
Jenn recommends putting this off until August and having more time to work on it, as well as to collaborate on it. Use face-to-face meeting in July to discuss. Israel to approach Tom about this.
Rose expressed concerns for full cost for Unizin option. We are not accounting for all costs. It is also difficult to get cost for status quo option.
Unizin announced it was already working with Civitas Learning as a predictive analytics platform.
Unizin technical meeting has yet to take place and is to be scheduled by Larry Conrad’s assistant (Marguerite).
One of the risks of no action (option 3) is: less-negotiating power.
ETLG to continue working on the summary documents until our face to face meeting.
Instructional Designers Survey
Group recommended to have IDFS working group weigh in and come up with the ID numbers, definition, etc. Israel to ask Sheryl to add to IDFS agenda. Dan will also brief Joan.
Face to Face Meeting
Meeting agenda will be finalized by July 6th evening.
