The Enterprise Directory receives uclaBOLEmail updates via webservice call from BOL system in real time manner. The value is pushed to uclaOfficialEmail if it is the first available email address for the entry. The value also overwrites uclaOfficialEmail when the individual designate designates his/her uclaBOLEmail as uclaOfficialEmail. As long as the link between uclaBOlEmail and uclaOfficialEmail exists, changes in uclaBOLEmail automatically triggers the trigger the same changes in uclaOfficialEmail.
