Which Login ID should I use?

The UCTrust Work Group space is a federated application. If your campus is a member of UCTrust/InCommon, you can use your campus's local logon ID to log in to this web site.

Your campus UCTrust Contact may need to configure your campus's Identity Provider to release the appropriate information in order for you to sign on to this site.

If your campus is not yet a member of InCommon or UCTrust, you can create a guest UCLA Logon ID at https://logon.ucla.edu.

Note: You will only have read-only access on first login. To access restricted content, or to edit content on the site, please send a message to Eric Goodman at eric.goodman@ucop.edu to request access. You must login once before requesting additional access to the UCTrust Work Group space. The act of logging in creates a user record within this site. Eric needs that record to exist before he can grant access to you.

spaces.ais.ucla.edu runs Confluence and the Shibboleth/Confluence connector. It would like to receive 3 attributes from an IDP:

  • eduPersonPrincipalName - required. ePPN is mapped to Confluence's username field.
  • mail - preferred. Confluence uses email for all forms of change nofication.
  • cn - preferred.
