Purpose:

·         Collaboration with other campuses regarding process, procedures and any other intellectual property that could aid in the implementation of Service-now based on Service Management.

·         Realizing efficiencies through collaboration

·         Discuss major issues regarding, implementation Service-now and Service Management

·         Obtain knowledge and expertise from other campuses

Attendees:

·         Representatives from any campus that is thinking about implementing Service-now

·         Representatives from any campus that is implementing Service-now

·         Executive Management

·         Managers

·         Project Managers

·         Anyone that is responsible or directly involved in the Service Management Initiative

·         Technical teams, programmers, developers, etc.
