uclaEmployeeListingOption
Definition
The Enterprise Directory defines uclaEmployeeListingOption as an employee's preference of information release that applies to his/her entire record, as collected by the Campus Directory Update Services, a.k.a. ODMP. Possible options are the following combinations:
- internal; external; print: release to both internal and external campus directory as well as a print directory.
- internal; external: release to both internal and external campus directory but not the print directory.
- internal: release to an internal directory only.
- (no value in this attribute): do not release.
Data Flow
The Enterprise Directory receives this attribute from ODMP via webservice call in real time manner. Access control rule is built in the Enterprise Directory to allow ODMP update this attribute for UCLA employees only who meet the conditions below:
- uclaPersonDirectoryListAffiliation = PPSAffiliated
- uclaEmployeeHomeDepartmentLocationCode = 4
