Definition
The Enterprise Directory defines uclaEmployeeDepartmentAssistant as a pointer in the format of uclaPPID to an entry in the assistant contact subdirectory, which contains the name, phone, and email of the assistant to the person as shown on UCLA Online Directory in Scheduling & Support.
Data Flow
The Enterprise Directory receives this attribute from ODMP via webservice call in real time manner. Access control rule is built in the Enterprise Directory to allow ODMP update this attribute for UCLA employees only who meet the conditions below:
- uclaPersonDirectoryListAffiliation = PPSAffiliated
- uclaEmployeeHomeDepartmentLocationCode = 4
