Definition
The uclaEmergencyContactAddress contains the email address of the emergency contact entry under emergency contact OU. The emergency contact entry is linked to the person entry by matching the value in its uclaPPID and the value in the person entry's uclaEmergencyContactPPID.

The Enterprise Directory receives value for this attribute from URSA via webservice call in real time manner.
