uclaAssistantContactName
Definition
The Enterprise Directory defines uclaAssistantContactName as the name of the assistant whose uclaPPID is mapped to the uclaEmployeeDepartmentAssistant of the person whom he/she is currently assistant with. This is shown on UCLA Online Directory as part of Scheduling & Support.
Data Flow
The Enterprise Directory receives this attribute from ODMP via webservice call in real time manner. Access control rule is built in the Enterprise Directory to allow ODMP update this attribute for UCLA employees only who meet the conditions below:
- uclaPersonDirectoryListAffiliation = PPSAffiliated
- uclaEmployeeHomeDepartmentLocationCode = 4
